Tracks I would call GOOD euphoric tracks: (a few from the top of my head, might return to this topic later and edit the post with more euphoric stuff)

Wildstylez - Pleasure
The Pitcher - Serenity
The Raiders - A Feeling (Citizen remix)
HHZ, Wildstylez, NC - Tonight
All Bioweapon tracks
Pretty much everything by Code Black, exceptions: FEAR etc, which are more raw

Artists:

Wasted Penguinz stuff which is more 'melancholic, emotional' rather than happy
Omegatypez stuff, more 'happy'
Faizar, more 'trancy'
DBSTF stuff
Most of Josh & Wesz, legendary stuff
Atmozfears, Rebourne, Neilio, Outlander
Davide Sonar
Vamper (didn't hear anything about that guy for ages unfortunately)

Labels with mostly euphoric:

Scantraxx
DWX
We R
Activa Shine
Musical Awareness
X-Bone
Keep it Up Music by Frontliner
Lose Control Music by Wildstylez

i missed ALOT, this is just from the top of my head. probably around 5% of what i could list but will edit this post later with more. :)

I also have a open Spotify playlist 'Euphoric hardstyle' with 900+ euphoric tracks, classic and new tracks, I update it recently. I can link it here if anyone wanna subscribe to it, tell me.

@Malgranda, I see what you mean, you like euphoric tunes that are still a bit "harder" compared to what I like. But I think that the difference is only in performer's signature style, these are all great euphoric songs that I imagine would suite realy good in the situation where you have to take a sword and kill bunch of demons (things I imagine listening to HS) :D

Thanks to all for great tunes, I never heard some of those.
If you like softer euphoric stuff, check out tracks by: Omegatypez, Rebourne, Outlander, Audiotricz etc :)

Do you have any idea what you're talking about?

I do actually. I find it really annoying how 90% of Hardstyle DJ's make completely unrelated intro & outro with the song punchline.

Take for example Dance Like a Pro << in ANY version and remix, there is no whatsoever relation of the intro with the middle part. Like listening 2 different songs in one song. Or worse, 2 different genres of music in one song.

I am not Hardstyle expert, but I am the guy that enjoys HS songs and evaluates them, and that bothers me. I mostly crop my favorite songs down to 2 minute part that is good, the song punchline. Maybe that's bad but for another example, Loopmachine is perfect song at the end, 2 minute unrelated intro is just in the way of a great part.

Highly amusing thread :naughty:

Not really sure in which situation you would have to take a sword and kill a bunch of demons whilst listening to hardstyle but if that situation shall ever arise, i will make sure i have a youtube2mp3 converter downloaded to put the 2 minute climax part of Music is my alibi (tweekaz rmx) onto my i-pod

So basically you just want melodies and no intros/outros.. You aren't the only one mate especially among the 'euphoric' crowd, Mixing climax into climax is common practice and so is radio edits of tracks. Intros for me are just as important as the climax, Check out this topic and see if anything changes your mind ;)

Well, no. Just like SCH said, that's not what 'in tune' refers to. Just because you think an intro is unrelated to the climax, it doesn't mean it's out of tune. If you meant that the intro and climax in 'Attack Again' were matching, you could've said that instead.

Ok, sorry for my bad terminology, Im glad that you figured out what I intended to say :)

And yeah, I am all about happy and euphoric tunes. Just listening to Dj Paul Elstak megamix of happy hardcore (found it in related vids on YT) , and im smiling like a moron :D Some of those songs, 15-20 years ago man ..

@vicious - I get your point. It's really a skill to make a good intro, I guess.

@emre - thanks man, You've pointed me in the right direction, we have similar taste for Euphoric. Code Black - Visions is my in my favorites now. Code Black is awesome

No, it seems that he means intros that are more related to the climax. And I agree. Some tracks with little 'introduction' melodies that build up to the main one would be nice sometimes. A good example of that sort of intros/outros is 'Frequencerz - Tomorrow and Beyond' (the original). It would bring some variation to the scene. I also miss calm intros. Not everything has to be dj-oriented imo. :)
