I've always found it easier to make modern talking in Massive but I know it can be done in sylenth. Just don't remember how. search the forums, I made a thread on it a while ago.

You do realise that Modern Talking is the name of a wave-table in NI's Massive. That yoi-yoi thing it does is part of its basic function when you automate it.

Sure it is possible to get a similar sound from other synths (using formant filters, dual bandpass filters, or a highly resonant filter which aliases) but its like asking for a McChicken from KFC - yes they both do burgers, and will probably have some amount of poultry related product but it wouldn't be the real deal. (Not saying that either company use any form of real chicken...)

If you prefer the Zinger to the McChicken, my point still stands.

80'es Music still the best, it's almost like no matter which track you take. They always have this big open sound, with amazing chords and thEEE perfect instruments.

Even though I''m born in 1993, listening to 80'es brings back a lot of memories from 80 movies, GTA Vice City, sunny days at the beach.

The memories i will have for year 2013 will be morons driving a rusty old Peugeot 105 thinking they are cool, with windows all down, blasting Thrift Shop.

Thank you Digital Revolution, thank you.
