Showtek are great producers, they did awesome in hardstyle and they are doing great things in Electro House, from that i can only say i have respect for them as great producers being able to make huge hits in 2 genres, you should too, don't be so disrespectful just because they chose another way.

Exactly. Showtek began switching styles before House became as huge as it is this moment. When they began switching over, House was still only growing in popularity. Now everyone and their grandmother wants to go to Tomorrowland.

How do you know they followed the cash way? OK, house is way more popular than hardstyle, but that doesn't mean shit. There are so many producers or DJs trying to make it in the house scene, so why shouldn't Showtek? Plus they've been producing house in their hardstyle times as well

Of course they completely changed their style but that doesn't mean that they are "crap producers" "money-boys" etc.

Their production quality is still very high and it seems to me that they enjoy what they are doing + they get gigs all over the world, which is a chance not many people get in their life.

Showtek is going to be in Helsinki this month. I guess I'll go see them If I can get my friend to come with me.

I wish they choose to play some of the harder stuff, but I shouldn't wish too much because then I will be super disappointed
