Hard trance is slowly on the up again, there's some great talent banging out some wicked stuff. It really does piss on the stuff we call 'hardstyle'. So true.

well people said DF is Hard trance so i thought it was that. but isnt hands-up waay more cheesy and softer?

Naah, Hands-Up is suprisingly broad
I honestly can't say that for example most Rob Mayth remixes are "soft" or "Neo Cortex - I Want You! (Rocketeers vs Lagoon Remix)" is quite hard too
(massive gated kicks) but it can be soft too, like old Bass-T tracks, or the well known track Raver's Fantasy which is awesome, but not really hard in comparison to some of the harder hands-up stuff
also the cheesiness is mostly present but not always 
Of course I could be wrong, but Deepforces falls under hands-up for me
Possibly with some influences of older Hardtrance
