Actually i mostly start with ideas.Mostly i base inspiration on soundtracks.
And then i try to create a melody which captures the feeling. Most of the Time i start with creating the climax. And then Intro and Outro.

1. Idea of the track (in my mind).
2. I make kick.
3. I make melody and lead. Later I try to put kick on it and check how it works.
4. I put some clap/snare, crash and FX's.
5. I begin to make arrangement from build up and in the meanwhile I create screeches to build up.
6. I add some other sounds to the project.
7. Screeches for Anti :fist: :fist:
8. I finish my track and I improve something (sounds, mix etc)
9. Sounds really sick, I finished my track (L)

Tell us a bit how does a process of making a Noisecontrollers track

There is no particular way to start a track. Most times it begins with an idea, vocal or a nice sound and you start to build around it. What is less known is that I (Bas Oskam) produce all the tracks. Thats why we dont work together on a track as a rule. I have my own studio. Only with big project like anthems we do. Arjan does the live-acts and ofcourse we dj together.

I usually find some vocals or make sound design that is nice and I from there I make more sound design a kick maybe :p. When I have a good amount of material I go from intro to outro.

Most of times, I start playing around with chords, when they sounds good, I start building a melody with them.
After that, I make the climax of the song, then build up, after break and finally: intro and outro.
That's basically how I work.

I tend to sit down for a moment and have a think about what kind of synths I want, what kind of track i'm aiming for, etc. etc. Then I listen to tracks that I get my inspiration from. Then i'll open up Logic and make some synths that i'm aiming for using Massive & Sylenth. Once I have my ideas, I jot them down in MIDI and then I just revolve everything around there.
