Are you referring to actual Happy Hardcore? If so, I can't really help as HHC predates even an old geezer like myself. If it's the contemporary equivalent you're looking for, that would be UK Hardcore (or presumably just Hardcore to persons in the UK, in much the same way that Chinese food is simply called food if you're from China).

Haven't really paid much attention to it since around 2006/07 but here are a few tracks I came up with just now. I'd list more if I could think of them but that would mean digging out and searching through my HC record crates which are at present buried under about five years worth of junk. Anyway...
