with that "ahhhh" u mean that reverse vocal effect maybe ?
if u yes just add a reverb to the vocal cut out the reverb and reverse it
if u want to do it with a Letter (like "T" from "This" for example) just cut out that letter > reverb > cut > Reverse
if u mean something else explain better

This is slightly wrong. I used to do it this way, but the better way is: Reverse > Reverb > Cut > Reverse
so that the reverb ends up more similar to the forward direction sample when reversed.

Ok sorry for reviving again but when you mean cut what exactly am I suppose to be cutting?

Let me explain from the start again, since you could cut at diffrent stages in the process...

1. Find vocal sample
2. Cut everything except the first syllable of the vocal
3. Reverse it
4. Add reverb to taste (generally very wet)
5. Export at least 2 and a 1/4 bars* of the wet sample
6. Reverse the export
7. Cut away original snippit

If you still dont understand let me attempt to show it visually:

1. ABCDE (Starting sample)
2. AB (First Cut)
3. BA (Reversed)
4. BAaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (Reverb)
5. BAaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (Exported)
6. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAB (Re-Reversed)
7. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (Second cut)

*2 and 1/4 because you would want a reverse reverb to last at least 2 bars and you add a 1/4 so there is ample room to cut away any original sound

EDIT: OFC, you can do this with anything, not just vocals, you hear it all the time with crashes.
