Dj Equipment what I need?

Hi all,
I wanted to start djing all the years but now its gonna serious since I earn money! So, here are my Questions:
I know what CDJ`s & mixer I want but what I couldn`t read much about was the rest. What for Speakers do you need or can you advise (for mixing at home of course) ? what else do you need? do you need an amplifier? What do you use and do you have other tips what I need?

If its only for entertainement purposes or if you really want to get the house to be shaking..

decent pair of monitors for eqing is quite nice to have , also getting proper headphones that isolate the sound right
