At the very least since 2020 BKJN parties have been mainly uptempo, i don’t know how it was before that

I think it was more mixed, with some Mainstream as well as Frenchcore and Terror. Always had Uptempo, but now it seems like it's exclusively that

Ah yea I see, I think it’s obvious they chose for more popularity & money then because frenchcore and terror (& mainstream hardcore to a lesser degree) are dead at the moment.

Partyraiser is (co) owner of BKJN if i’m correct? And he basically created the uptempo genre long ago by playing regular hardcore tunes at a higher bpm and he’s the first that started creating uptempo aswell so not weird to see BKJN eventually go full uptempo for me, also because it has been (by miles) the most popular type of hardcore for years now.

Well, from main/terror/sc to frenchcore, especially early 10s till now. They run fc parties all the time. and fc and terror are far from dead (i mean, if the criteria is 50 million spotify plays then yeah). they held a full on fc party at the end of last year. but as this is a festival and it's 100% upt (i thought people were going to tell me how wrong i am that 1 or 2 play a different style - like, i assume vizitor played terror), I kinda just assume this is it. From last weekend it's now all upt.

If it is partyraiser's concept, he really rode that fc wave of the last 15 years good haha. Yes, everything in the world is just a business and why expect anything more. but, as a fan, it's nice to stay up-to-date, thanks!
