Alter Ego aka Frontliner - Get Off The Phone Bitch [This Is Hardstyle]

just stop it. you are trying to hard to be relevant. instead of being real Frontliner, you are producing this utter shit for tiktok.
and don't complain that people are bitching online and on forums. the bitching is a result of poor decisions being made.
no wonder our scene is in deep shit atm

i just don't get him. he teases with a beautiful real Frontliner sound, and then he makes a sudden 180 degrees turn and decides to release something like this, and all that beautiful tracks are just thrown into void. I know, this is supposed to be "alter ego" different, darker sound, which is ok, if done right. at least try to produce dark Frontliner sound, the real you, exmp. On the rise, which is epitome of epicness, mix of harder and darker sounds
Don't hate the player, hate the game.

It's been rigged to the level where everybody is panicking and think people don't like "traditional" style tracks anymore and they must bend over to this trend to stay relevant.

The answer to that claim is obviously NO. You don't have to cater to this trend if you don't want to.

No, sorry, this is not applicable in this situation. The player is the one who should be standing against and hold the ground instead of bending a knees. In my honest opinion, i have a feeling as if artists are doing it on purpuos, destroying the scene and everything they've built all those years. The established artists, who have the power to change things, who should be driving force against and to stand up, and say "no, we won't allow this to happen to our scene we build for so many years, despite the trend, we won't promote that, we will ignore it'" they are being weak, silent, and not doing anything, but rather smaller artists like Jay Reeve, Estatic, and other are the ones who are standing up, and they are the ones i have utter most respect for.
So yeah, the players are big ones to hate, cause the game is made out of player, and if the big players would've said anything, you would feel the change, that's for sure.
The DJ spins a galaxy of black vinyl, for the gods that came to dance!

This was made for the r/Hardstyle clowns with their shit taste and hard-on for zaagshit  Not going to lie, I really enjoyed the track before the kicks came in. The melody reeks of pure 2007 nustyle gold, and it wants to be used to its fullest potential.
Instead, it became this.

I'm pretty sure that this is not meant to be a serious track. It's more a subtle critical statement, hence the track titel, length, arrangement and lyrics.

The fact that we speculate about this shows in what shitty state the scene is. The tiny possibility that this track is NOT meant as a joke is a fucking nightmare. Cause we know that a big portion of the "scene" unironically likes this. It became trendy to listen to the most obnoxious, shittiest and ugliest sounds.
I hear home in that bass

Shit track but I guess there’s a sarcastic tone to it.

I see some people flipping and going ‘this scene is gonna die’ every time an artist or organization does something controversial, in fact it’s more popular than ever and it’s not going to die anytime soon.

Similar to what GPF has done back then. Thought as a full Joke - but then comes the Big Bang and more&more Producers become serious with that style.
I think that Tune gets fun on the dancefloor - so why not xD
