Maybe the login session was relying on IP address instead of device cookies? It happens every time I log into my work laptop since the IP resets every time I turne it off.

It was, I think also a possible IPv4 and IPv6 switching issue could be the issue. But that shouldn’t be the case anymore now

It only shows on your most recent post, as it's always been. I would assume it's set like that to avoid dirty deletes.

if that's the reason, why not make it so the post only shows "deleted message"

I'm back on the "get logged out with every visit" bug.
I'm using the latest version of Firefox (112.0.2) and latest build of Windows 10 (22H2).
