Something isn't adding up. I'm still pretty confused about Gaia.. there was a low Q rip around since 2007, but you couldn't hear the full track clearly. the intro/outro sounded looped (probably fan made?) and I'm starting to think that this (first) version of Gaia was never finished. What do you think? Does anybody have any insight on this?

I think I know which version you are talking about, is it 'Noisecontrollers - Gaia 2008 (Toby Duo Full Edit)'?

That is unfortunate that people had problems with there CDs, but at least the track list is great! :)

Have any1 bought the electronic version? Are there the same problems as with the CD's?

em I don't know, in 2007 it was just called "Noisecontrollers - Gaia [CD-R]" I think the track was always unfinished and that's why it didn't get released. I am not 100pc sure whether it was finished or not and it would be nice to know, since it would finally stop fans writing on the NC facebook page things like "Hey Bas can we get original mix of Gaia now? would be nice" Nobody knows whether the track is real or not.

Even if it's looped at the end it's still seems about 3 minutes long. Most people would probably be happy with getting not really full track just in better quality. I would.



Also Bas played live that first version and it's definitely at least 3 minutes long and mastered (he wouldn't be able to play it otherwise since it would sound awful on big system).

I would too. I am too anxious to request it from Bas though, I feel like it might irritate him and that's the last thing I want to do after he released all the other old tracks.

About this. If i remember correctly, i think Bass Modulators actually played Noisecontrollers - Gaia 2008 @Freaqshow 2013/14?

Dont know if it is that version you guys are talking about :P but it sounded so epic hearing it live for the first time!

I asked him about it last summer when we played at the same event. He said that he didn't bring it, but otherwise he would play it. Also tried to message him after that, but no reply. Been wanting that original version since 2007 lol :'(
