The whole EP/Album was first called Electronic Heartbreak and then renamed to Ctrl as in the keyboardmacdz wrote:What does keyboard symbolize, though?
My guess is the theme is kind of manipulation and toxic behavior in a relationship? To control your SO? i haven't put attention to any of the lyrics at all, but it might be it

Viewing the video description and a YT comment made me think, Electronic Heart Break pt 2 is called "Esc" and its mostly female vocals, the first one being "Ctrl" with male vocals, the whole concept is indeed 2 sides of a toxic relationship, dude controlling and the girl wanting to get out (escape) but still attached to love in "Keep Loving Me"
Pretty good concept
