I don't want to be gauche but the whole #metoo thing has gone totally ridiculous compared to why it was actually started.

(not that unpopular maybe, just came into my mind)

Like the whole 3rd wave feminism movement. I agree with the basic feminist points but the whole American campus trigglypuff kind of feminism is for everything but equality. The fact that just a mere fake conviction with zero evidence can totally ruin someone's life and career if terrifying.
