General Purpose Thread
Re: General Purpose Thread
Man this scene is dead, aside from afew random releases 95% of the scene is shit these days.
Enzyme is pretty much dead.
The Third Movement has gone to shit in the last 3 years
PRSPCT just keeps spitting out the same stuff but having a loudness war with each release.
Everyone needs here just ass kisses the outside agency and never replys on anything else.
Speedcore is well in self destruct mode between sedan and Dr Peacock.
Even Tymon and KRTM and Tripped and Synaptic Memories are moving towards Hard techno and creating bangers, but it seems to be a trend since TOA hit the web with Ghost in the machine, so that will be saturated in 6 months.
Poor old ophidian even began to sound like a clone of himself, now he's gone to experimentation thank God we might hear something fresh.
Much much smaller artists seem to have the best tracks in the last year or so.
In the last year i have purchased 6 releases from the scene KRTM's Album / the last 2 releases on Meta4 / return of the silence and Party in my head by somatic one
Its so dead it's hardly worth being registered here.

But he's right about the amount of great hardcore releases coming up these days. Didn't really found too many good industrial hardcore and crossbreed stuff in the last 1-2 years either and I have a premunition these genres will fade out simply
(yet there are lots of tracks to discover from the past)

I‘m hoping this is true. Gotta bring myself up to date I guess. Thanks for your insights everyone!Future Shokk wrote:Uhm Neophyte was responsible for this years Dominator anthem and Mad Dog recently released an EP for exampleNeko wrote: What is neophyte, tha playah, mad dog and the other guys doing? Havent seen anything from them in a while..No panic the big mainstream hc names are ofc still around and they are gonna stay unlike the uptempo/frenchcore hype producers who have to adapt or die when the hype is over sooner or later

It is just a hidden track on SoundCloud haha.

The PRSPCT XL parties? How many do they have a year and from April 2019 does anyone know when (roughly) they will put on another event? I really want to attend but I have a few things happening early 2019 (hardclassics/wedding/holiday) that I’ll only be able to get to a party after March/April?
Anybody here attend regular and would know the dates they usually pick?
Thanks
