Hey,
I'm quite new to producing uptempo / terror and I was wondering if there is a good tutorial out there that shows me how to propely mix down kicks and other sound so they don't muffle each other when played at the same time?
Thanks!

Most important thing would be cutting out the low frequencies of the other sounds. That way, they don't stack and create a muddy low-end. Furthermore, do it on ear. That's the only way you will really learn. You can read a thousand tricks and tips about mixing, but in the end it's all down to you and your ears.
