In my view anything should be able to be joked about, it makes things less heavy to talk about. The limit where things go to far is physical violence.

And people who take dark jokes too seriously and become brainwashed into thinking those jokes are reality and join some racist cult or whatever are people who were doomed to become fucked up from the beginning, anyways. There's a huge harmless 'wink' around jokes and I feel bad for people who can't understand that.

I don't have anything against racist jokes most of the times, I even do it myself, but it's all about clichés and it's known that it's a joke.

About the French team being African, way too many people say this seriously, some political figures from far-left even supported Croatia in the finals as they were "a white christian team" against "a multicultural african team".

So when I see this written somewhere, I never know if it is a joke, especially at times crazies like Viktor Orban or Geert Wilders are popular thoughout Europe, at a time when Donald Trump id US President.

The political climate doesn't help with this kind of "jokes" at the moment. I think there are moments to do these kind of jokes and it is not right now with this situation to be fair imo.
