Anyone have any experience with the "comfort camping"? Looking on the website they have comfort safari and comfort deluxe. Seems like little cabins with beds etc... Anyone stay in one of these before? Do they sellout quick?

Last time around they were located near the blue tent camping entrance, but not too close to hear most of the noise & be near the big walkways that masses of people use. After the tipi's a little bit further into the adventure / comfort campingzone. All of those had electricity, lights, small tables and chairs and stuff, even small beds and carpets etc. Dunno if the more expensive ones have like small fridges or something I dunno. The more you pay, the more you get. I think the most expensive ones also have locks in them (but you also get a free locker key with the package so).

I was in one of the tipis just 20 meters away from the camping / festival site wall near blue. We had 95db sound levels at our tent non stop :D And OF COURSE we had them ppl who blasted uptempo / terror all night long in the nearby tent. Fun as fuck though _O_

Rule of thumb for any comfort & adventure packages is that they are the first ones to go. Be ready when the sales start.
Thanks :p

I had the comfort deluxe with my friend last year. I've had also the weekend warrior tents years before that so I can compare those 2 packages. In my opinnion the comfort deluxe is not worth the money if you don't mind sleeping in a tent. Last year the cabins were cold and moist so it was basicly same as sleeping in a tent except you get hard walls :p You get electricity but no fridges or anything and the lights sucked, better with phone flashlight. There are upsides tho. I liked the own comfort area (no lines for food, beer, tokens and so on). Also the restrooms and showers were a little bit cleaner and less crowded. And you can keep your things in a locked cabin so you don't need a locker. But 500€ was a little too much, but we didn't have any other option last year so we tought might aswell try it for once. Mostly you do spend your time in the festival area and not on the camping ground so I would put my money on tents or a tipi. If more than 4 other friends are going I'm trying to get a tipi for us.

Anyway that's my opinnion, so someone may think it's worth it, but I don't think it is :D

What are the benefits of a tipi over regular camping?
