@RStylez

For me it sounds like a plain saw-wave with a pitch envelope. Low pitch then up and back down.
I tried to quickly recreate it with serum. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/183 ... swoosh.rar
Get your synthesizer of choice and get an oscillator with a saw-wave. Pitch it one octave down. Now pitch modulate it with an envelope. I have set the attack to 161 ms, the decay to 800 ms - 1.4 s. I also had a little bit of sustain and 632 ms release. It is important that your envelope can make a curved shape. I made a down curved shape. I added some modulation to the volume as well: 5 ms attack, 405 ms hold, 663 decay (again with the down curved shape), some sustain and 343 ms release. The coarse pitch is set to 54. This is like 2 octaves up -1 semitone or something. Last I cut out the bass frequencies (around 210 HZ). You can fine tune this to your like.

My preset might be a bit off since I just found out that my travelling laptop had some setting with the audio. It was set to something called "music mode" and it seem to mess with the eq. o_O :\

@The RaveN
I have the same problem with my laptop, I'm using an ASUS XD

Well I have another question,how can I make a reverse bass like these?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7FO4fXvFCM

or

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRmhUup2P9M

or that one

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itfT8wAhCIU

I mean, what wave form should I use? Do I have to side chain it (I was told that I have to do that)? Distortion?
I'm using 3xosc.
I like oldschoolhardstyle and I'm trying to produce it :)

Thanks in advance!!!

They are all sampled from 'Mauro Picotto - Pulsar'.

I made an attempt to recreate something rather similar using 3x Osc.

Here is the project file for it, It's for the latest FL as of today.

I actually highly doubt that every producer back then sampled the exact bassline...

I never was able to make that bassline myself but I read here on the forum something about taking an oldschool gabba kick tail, timestrech it and add some distortion. I'm not sure in which thread it was but it was definitely here on harderstate :)

but as I said I never tried it, tho ;)

Does somebody know how I make this kind of "screech" (Not sure if I should call it a screech tho).

Hello, guys.
I wanted to ask if someone knows how the effect at 0:16 to 0:21 (can also be heard from 1:39 to 1:48; especially the last two seconds) is made. Are there any VST's to create this effect? Thanks in advance.

it sounds like a phaser effect the dj used in the mix for the set not actually the track itself pretty straightforward really
