It was a Headhunterz set like any other he used to do, people just getting overly emotional because they feel like he "betrayed" the scene.

It was a Headhunterz set like any other he used to do, people just getting overly emotional because they feel like he "betrayed" the scene.

People mainly didn't cry about the set but more about the fact that he was actually there. I can only speak for myself but he is mainly the reason I know about Hardstyle and Defqon.1 in the first place and for me it was just magical. Also you could really see that he was enjoying it as much as the crowd and the little speech at the end just got me then. I support his new style to the fullest, I don't think he betrayed anyone but I just enjoyed that he was playing a Defqon.1 mainstage again the first time after Defqon.1 2012, which was also my first one.

I didn't get it... a lot of people were crying during his set or when he appeared at stage, but I bet a lot of those people normally hate him and would talk bad about him in front of friends or whatever. Only because he was playing Hardstyle everyone starting loving him again, at least for a couple of hours?! Sorry people, but u really should stop to make a scene...

I love his older- and of course his new style. I even would move from an only hardstyle- to an edm/bigroom stage when he is playing like at Freshtival

It´s not about his presence at Defqon, it´s more about his words at the end of the set... Headhunterz is the reason for MANY people coming to the scene.
