Artist A - Track gets signed to Label, normally afterwards, Label has property to "Artist A - Track" and all edits, remixes considering it. The only way a remix can get released on different label is due to further agreement from original label and new one like Punani Remix, Techno Prime Remix, Bass, Beats & Melody Remix, Octavious Augustus Remix etc.

Damn i forgot this one (i know it was released on vinyl but 320 mp3 would be really nice)

I wouldn't expect a solid answer till after louder is released, think they'd be focussing on putting the spotlight on that and wouldn't want something stealing that away from louder
hopefully we'll get good news eventually though!
