These Screech sounds?

Are they square screeches layered?
Has anyone got any ideas or tutorials or screenshots of these in sylenth or massive, I just can't get this sound right.

There are no rules to ask how a screech is made, yes there is a lead recreation topic, but this isn't a lead.
