Shorter time for making track

Post by bael »

Guys and girls.. im confused
Lately i been making full hardstyle tracks in (for me) ridiculusly short time. Today i did it again. It took me 2 frkn hours!! I swear to God. In that time i somehow managed to make reverse bass, screech, synth, cut vocals.
Normally i wouldn't creat such stupid thread but it happend 4th time to me.
I been producing for about a year so i guess what seems good to my ear would deffo need more work from pro hardstyle producer's perspective. I just remember having good time thinking up something cool and being busy with single track for few days or even more, but now it's to so danm quick
Is anybody else experiencing such adventures and if yes, how do you feel about it?

Make a longer break? A 16 bar reverse bass intro? 2 climaxes?
You'll get easily 5 minutes with this. :D
For me it's the complete opposites, it's sometimes too long (goes above 7 minutes sometimes  )

EDIT: Damn, that reverse intro reminds me of the old Wildstylez. (L)

I envy you. It takes several days of not weeks for me to finish a track (ofc not counting time spent). I was like that when i was making tracks in the begining but i completely lost it, i finish a track like once every 6 months or so. I spend most of my time making new kicks or creating new sounds :)

Man, getting ideas, composing, is not that hard, cause if you are inspired, it comes easily.

Sound designing, and mixing - mastering stuff are harder. What do you think about working on these despite of saying "music can be made in 2hrs"? :+

Btw, the cut vocals are not that bad.

So what's the problem? I see no other reason for this thread besides you trying to show off, though of course you'll deny that.

Maybe.. i dun't kno. Didn't wanted to make such expression but fk it. Was more looking forward into hearing if other's have "problems" like me too but you'll think im lying anyway so what's the point.

Well, it's just that it doesn't take a genius to work out that being able to smash out tracks really quickly is a skill that a lot of people would to love to have. I personally can't think of any way it would be considered a problem. If you had approached the thread title differently (rather than - 'It's taking too short time!!!!' - which looks like a combination of unnecessary spam and bragging) it would have appeared more genuine. Maybe you were actually curious if other people have that issue/skill, but it just didn't come across that way, at least to me.
