There's a topic where you ask how to make specific sounds, but typical of noobs on this forum, you didn't bother to search around. Anyway, most people who reply trying to help you out will have no idea what they're talking about, but won't hesitate to give you some wrong advice towards creating the screech.
Old tutorial I made, I think it's quite similar. But yeah, you should have posted this in the sound recreation topic:
