Smack ur kick into Cool Edit Pro, it is perfect! 

In FL ,clone your kick 3 times.. one for the tock tick punch (whatever)((play with the vol-envelope)) one for the tail, and one playing along on a lower volume.

I don´t use any plugin for pitching.
I just use slide notes to pitch my kicks an get a nice result aswell

I suggest you to use the sampler from Cubase, the algorythm is perfect, it pitches and stretches the kick at the same time.
