I wouldn't actually equate being signed to a label as suddenly not having to have a dayjob to support yourself. It doesn't really work like that.. Unless you of course get insanely big over-night.

I guess I kind of worded it wrongly. I meant that when you were making music by yourself its more different than if you were with a label. Again I cant say I am 100% correct on this but I think its a safe assumption.
