@Diesal11 so why on higher pitch the kick is to short? It is because you have ripped kick and you're too lazy to pitch them in other way that in piano roll... sry but this is true

you can't just assume this, if you make a kick yourself it will still pitch short if you don't pitch it properly... and stop this 'piano roll' talk, for gods sake there's more sequencers out there :rofl:

Haha, i pitched it in Edison mate :) First time i have done so as well so it was a bit messy :/
For some reason it lost some length when i pitched it, and i didn't notice till i soloed and bounced it. The third note reaches because it is the same as the second just pitched with a sliding note after 11 ticks (to keep the tok/punch) :)
It's like Aliner said, just because it doesn't reach doesn't mean it's a sample, just means it's loaded the same way. :P
Trust me, it's my kick. But like i said, ill take it as a compliment.

You have to timestretch the tail to the original length again ;) I recommend the program Cool Edit, it has a nice pitch bend feature, tehres somewhere a video where Neilio shows how to pitch a kick with it.

@TheRavestyler

Both kicks sound totally good man. Decent work! :)
The only thing i miss might be a few more highs in the tok.
But thats just taste.

Yeah, normally i use Logic's pitcher and pitch it to C5 from G#4 and use both of them, I tried Edison cause Fabian from Omegatypez told me to try it.

@Jay, you need to add more drive to some of the distortions, your EQing sounds fine, but if you want that crunch add some more drive to what you have :) maybe even distort it again!

@TheRavestyler Nice crunch :)
@Jay Nice kick, but the tok isn't fitting the whole kick, and some more highs can be nice. :p

Made that fat baby this morning, sounds kind of Ran-D/Gunz 4 Hire. :D
