Safe Monitoring Levels
Does anybody here know safe monitoring levels for producing? I find myself having the volume up pretty high so that I can hear fine details like eqing a kick, etc. Though, I am not sure if the level I have it atm is actually bad for the ears or not. And, is there any way of me knowing what my current level is at?

It would have to be quite loud to do any damage to your ears......
