But why should I listen to a "refreshed" or "alternative" version of the original, when the original is still much better?TheRavestyler wrote:the goal of a remix is to create something different from the original not to beat the original if u want something that beats the original it would be a refix or re editRaver wrote:What else is the goal of a remix?ryeguy wrote: I'm tired of hearing this stupid comment. Who needs fresh sounds if a track works great?Hawl wrote:To give it a refreshing sound.. To twist the original & your style
I don't need gay breaks and a big song with a buildup and lights and smoke...

Raver and Schac to get that question Answered go and Ask The Producer of the Remix lololol

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.

Right attitude, there are only a few exceptions like "Tonight (Alpha² RMX)" or something elseSchac wrote:Who needs fresh sounds if a track works great?Hawl wrote:To give it a refreshing sound.. To twist the original & your style

The remix matches today's style? And also, there's something like taste you know, and it's different from person to personRaver wrote:But why should I listen to a "refreshed" or "alternative" version of the original, when the original is still much better?TheRavestyler wrote:the goal of a remix is to create something different from the original not to beat the original if u want something that beats the original it would be a refix or re editRaver wrote:

The old track was cool and it's still cool today, even without changing the style or remix it

True, but if you like the remix more than the original, which version will you play then?Raver wrote:I know thanks, but if you like an original more than a remix, which version will u play?Darycka wrote:And also, there's something like taste you know, and it's different from person to person

All three tracks are not bad imo. They all have given their own input and sounds that are typical for the particular producers and imo it works quite well with these remixes.
On The Edge --> actually pretty nice, but why o why did it need these utterly STUPID psyko punkz vocals again
Go Insane --> Coone stayed true to the original vocal in combination with a nice driving bassline. However, that's about the only part that reminds me of the original track, too bad he didn't keep that particular Isaac sound from the original, something which the PP did do with their remix
Sound Of The Underground --> a really nice track with a completely new touch, but still keeps the original atmosphere. Solid remix!
