Define 'hard'

Post by Speaker Freq »

It's different to everybody, so it might make an interesting discussion

To some it's a punchy kick and tight reverse bass. To some it's crunch. Others screech, aggressive vocals, deep bass, or the general adrenaline from listening to your fav music, and much more.

What is it to you?

I think this one could work better. Just give your views on what hard is for you, and if you want to comment someone else's view make sure to do it in a constructive and non-condescending way :)

FYI: Removed some of the replies that were discussing about whether the topic should be or shouldn't be locked. (Just so it's not filled with other stuff and can get back on track to its rootzz)

Mmm, potential for an interesting discussion here- certainly got me thinking about some things and I don't think I could give a definitive answer right now, by which I mean- I could, but given the number of thoughts in my head after just two minutes of consideration I would imagine that to do so would require an... extended post (one of those ones I spend hours writing, structuring and formatting- as though those who read it may actually give a fuck). But I cbf to do that right now as it's time-consuming and hard... err, wait... perhaps difficult would be the more appropriate term to use for now. I'll do it later if I feel like it.

Yes, well... this is true, they can be... *waits for Tim to make a post filled with innuendo*

No kick topics, no exceptions.
For kick-related stuff use the topics in the red text above. #n00bz4eVar

so as you people see... Relying to my first post here I pronounce Basshunter harder than Wildstylez/Noisecontrollerz and such

hahahaha. you took the only joke i would've used.

and agree with pithune. what is hard for me is not hard for other people, and vice versa. it's hard to put a definition on what hard actually is, because while i might like big, deep, throbbing dongs with screeches, someone else might required a gated kick and screeches, while another might require a reverse bass with screeches to define it as hard.
