one of the tracks is from the late 90s trance era - its something like "Baleric Bill - Destination Sunshine" but not that track. It was a track that was from the movie "Kevin & Perry Go Large" but I cant remember the name haha.

Oh for fucks sake.
Well, for the last few hours, I've been writing a comprehensive account and review of the event, occasionally interspersed with some other shit, where I was probably trying to sound cool or funny (maybe it would have worked too, we'll never know). Anyway, I hit preview for the final proof-read before posting it and half the page fails to load. Then the refresh got rid of the other half, so now instead of 5000 words, all I've got is... what you see here. Can't remember ever having screamed in horror at a computer before. But I guess most of it was probably just me editorializing, so the world has lost nothing of value. Although, if you're prepared to take my word for it, I can tell you it was a masterpiece and your life is poorer for having never had the chance to read it. That said, I'm sure that not a single fuck has been given to this point, nor shall be given at any point beyond, so I'll just move on.
To summarize, the following points were presented-
[opinion]
-Performances by Crypsis and Tommyknocker were of the highest standard.
-Despite the album, TNT are still pretty good, as was Technoboy's solo set (didn't get to see Tuneboy)
-Despite finding nothing to support such a theory, I still believe that there may be a handful of people in Sydney who don't flail about like a deformed chook with a... Wait, I mean... people who don't gabba. Srsly, even I could almost do it if I wanted to. Which I usually don't.
[/opinion]
[fact]
-The best set of DQ1 Sydney 2011 took place at the Purple stage between the hours of 1930 and 2000AEST. It was programmed, mixed and performed by DJ's Vazard and Delete. Evidence to support of this has been found in abundance. And brix were shat.
-$12.50 buys two sacks of goon at Dan Murphy's, but only one can of Smirnoff Red at Defqon1. Under most interpretations of the law, this is considered rape, although in some cases, the lesser charge of buggery may be specified instead.
[/fact]
So, there you have it (in abridged form anyway).

Headphones just don't do those tracks justice. I reckon shit would have been mental when Toneshifterz dropped The Presets in their set?
Defqon 1..wow what another awesome experience
as said Ran-D, Crypsis KILLED IT!!!...its just gay that most aussie people dont recognise proper hardstyle, and the rooms were empty
The Prophet- Very good way to close, when we all got to throw glowsticks at his at the end was just magical.
Noisecontrollers- Played mix set imo...good to hear shreek edit, give me love (hard edit), KYHU (wildstylez remix)
