So, I thought I'd ask a bit. Who in here plays an instrument(s)? How long have you played this/these instrument(s)? Have you played in a band? Do you play in a maybe? Tell me. It would be interesting to see what you are doing musically besides listen to hardstyle and produce hardstyle in FL, Cubase, etc.

For my part, I have played the drums for almost 8 years. Owns a Premier drum kit with my dad. I played in a rock band with some buddies for almost 2 or 3 years. We composed a few songs, but it was mostly cover-songs we liked to play. We were involved in some competitions and we played at graduations. The biggest audience we've played for was probably around 1000 people. You get a terrific kick when you play in front of so many people. My plans for the future now is to maybe start a rockabilly band (lol) with a buddy, so we'll see what happens

i used to play guitar quite alot stopped for some years tho, now i suck need to pick it up again. other than that, don't really do anything more musically besides producing.

Yes, I play piano and keyboard in my school's band! Mostly piano tho
It's really awesome to do! Organized this talent thing for my school as well,
3 shows in 2 days in a local theater, awesome feeling!

Guitar about 1,5 years. No bad yet, just random "sessions" with friends
I own a Esp Ltd F-50 combined with Marshall MG15fx and some other stuff. Hoping to change to an EX or FX series Ltd soon tho

I've played the trumpet for about 15 years now.
Still plays in an orchestra on a weekly basis.

I'm also trying violin since 5-6months, and it's damn haard.

also used to play drums in a punk-rock-the-ramones-covers band when I was at high school. totally stopped it tho.

Played the guitar and drums for about 3 years back in high school, was in a few bands around the age of 13-16, was vocalist for one of them. Nothing serious, but we did actually go to recording studios to record covers of tracks, which was cool

Played the keyboard for about a year, completely self taught, i had no idea how to play it before i bought it . I cant read music but i know scales/chords/notes etc which is all i need for what i do
