brainkicker, the machine, d'stylerz uses FL
josh & wesz, abject (frontliner) used FL

But they aren't really famous or even well known for that matter. It's a different discussion entirely, but the top producers have either used Logic/Cubase their entire carreer or started using it when things started to get more serious.Pithune wrote:brainkicker, the machine, d'stylerz uses FL
Fag (făg) n. 1. An extremely annoying, inconsiderate person most commonly associated with Harley riders. 2. A person who owns or frequently rides a Harley.
None of them dod'stylerz uses FL

Like i said before, non of the real top artists use FL just because it lacks hardware support.
d'Stylerz went to cubase some weeks ago.
@ Loophole
All the DAW's got ups and downs. I really like the fast work flow of FL so I mostly use FL. I need to get quick my ideas into a DAW. Cubase is not the DAW for that.
The really big downside of FL is the lack of good hardware support. Though it can be fixed with a bit more effort

You're absolutely right. That's why FL is so loved by, especially, beginners. It has a very easy learning curve. There are also producers who use FL via ReWire in Cubase so they can use FL's sequencer, but use Cubase to mix and master the track. FL has it's good features and is suitable to use professionally, but the fact most professional users choose <insert DAW name here> over FL, has to say something. But that's, like I said, another discussion.Marcotjuh wrote:@ Loophole

Kinda true... As long as it sounds good, but it's interesting to some people (me) to know what DAW some famous producers use.SCH wrote:Who the hell cares?
