OMG! A trance topic! Thats such a great idea!!! _O_

I've been exposed to trance music since I was little, and it's really something I grew up with. There have been times where I've been much further away from trance than I wanted to be, and I've pretty much forgotten about it, but now, I feel that I listen to it all the time. Really is a great music genre.

Some of the tracks I really like at the moment:
Sied Van Riel ft Nicolle McKenna - Stealing Time
Aly and Fila ft Tiff Lacey - Paradise
Myon and Shane 54 - International Departures
Lange & Fabio XB pres. Yves De Lacroix - Electrify (Lange mix)
John O'Callaghan & Audrey Gallagher - Bring Back The Sun (The Thrillseekers remix)
Anything by Ronny K

Good thread topic! And tracks so far, as well... :D

I kinda wander in and out of trance, but here are some faves all the same.
Spoiler

Guess I'm kind of an Alphazone fangirl, haha.
Throw some psy in there for kicks. xP

There was once a time... long, long ago, when I didn't mind listening to Trance. If my memory serves me correctly (and it may not*) it would've been about 2004/5, when Uplifting was the dominant form, with only a handful of guys making Tech-influenced stuff, as Tech-Trance had yet to be popularized. Since I was into Hard Trance, it wasn't really a stretch for me to listen to that sort of thing coz I could appreciate the huge breakdowns and epic buildups which were common to both styles. Here's a couple of favourites-

...and a few of the others I can remember (without having to go and dig up old vinyl). I'd suggest skipping the first few minutes of intro- its the break/buildups which are worth listening to-

Finally, some classics from last century-

*Because, damn, I used to get sooo fucked up back then. Good times...
