Studio products are just not cheap, if you buy cheap stuff you get less quality A behringer works, but a Mackie controller is just so much better. Same for any other product you are going to buy.

but mackie is so expensive...i could buy four behringer products that have more available options than a 2 channel mackie mixer at 300 bucks...seriously...imo, if it works, it works and if it's cheap, it's also cheaper to replace or upgrade..but as an amateur, i don't see the need for TOP TOP quality products like a mackie...fuck that

and how would you rate the stuff i listed? you know, like what i use for midi controllers, etc...

and the most expensive stuff i have in posession are my 15" macbook pro (2009) and KRKs...everything else i got for cheaper and brand new...which makes me proud..

Love the MPD18...i gots it too...i definitely recommend the MPD24, but the 18 is nice as it's just the pads
and you should get a Motu audio interface..a firewire one would be best..

and what monitors you getting? I've got KRK RP5G2.. i love em..
ive heard that Yamaha HS series and KRKs are great affordable monitors...especially for the enthusiast..those other professional shytes are just too expensive for "easy" listening

M-audio have SHIT windows 7 support, it works but theres loads of errors and they wont fix them (Im just assuming you have windows 7)

Yep thats a problem other companies have too......
I sold my Esi interface because of Windows 7/64bit lack, they dont even have drivers for it.
Got lots of bluescreens in the past with it.
Im working with the Tc Electronics Konnekt 6 now for some time, the same Relex got i see.
Works great.


Btw Relex, your studio looks really clean and nice.

I got windows xp When i buy or build new computer i will install Windows 7. So i maybe buy Focusrite Saffire 6. And i guess Focusrite is better.

Not my favs too but they are nice to clean And is a lot to clean
