I believe tracks are also shorter because it increases streaming numbers, but yeah.. a bit longer would definitely not be a bad idea for a lot of recent music. Which is precisely why its connected to all of the recent trend discussion that we're having in " Unpopular Opinions " topic. But...

It makes the track what it has to be, fun and explosive. Not every track has to tell a musical story , even though I agree longer is better, it’s perfect for this track the way it is. Absolutely agree on the bold txt. HOWEVER :+ I'v heard fun & explosive tracks at 220bpm that are 3mins or more....

Very anthemish and a good one on that front. HOWEVER that first main part would've been the perfect 2nd mid-intro. Then have both main parts as melodic. Melodic 1.0 and 2.0, outro, curtains.

Interesting take even tho I dislike the last part.
