greentechnnl:@Skrwd.
I listened to youre last posted track called ''andromeda''

the lead could be alot fuller if you stacked some chords that goes with the melody and balanced it right.
its to bad. cause i like the track but i also feel like the whole thing is to static.... IMO
try to make the lead a lot fuller cause the lead is what is driving this track IMO.

Also try to work on youre loudness levels... some tracks are so different in loudness that i have to adjust BIG TIME to really hear what you wanted to achieve.

It's good to read what people think about some stuff. And i thank you all for that feedback.

Hey man! First of all I'd like to thank you for your honest feedback. I really appreciate it. With static you mean kind of repetitive, or? Well, it is meant to be, hence the repetitiveness was intentional. 'Andromeda' is basically a refined and remade version of one of my older tracks called 'Android' which was a sequel to another track of mine, 'Invaders'. Said track has also had that kind of repetitive sound with some dubstep-ish rhythm pattern.

'Andromeda' is basically a remake of 'Android' which I made in around three hours (without mastering), hence the simplicity regarding sound design. I simply wanted to finish a track and started with remaking an old one of mine. It also is a try on mastering Hardstyle.

Concerning the loudness: As I don't know (yet) how to properly master - 'Andromeda' is my first try on a mastered track - I used to mix my tracks on 0db. That's the reason why most of my tracks sound way too quiet. This time I mixed on -6db so I've got enough headroom for the mastering process (I hope my way is correct, though...).

As I said before, thanks for your review! I'm looking forward to some new tracks of yours and I hope that you'll like my upcoming tracks. :P

@Asklepios: I will check your track later, as I'm on mobile rn :)

@Asklepios
WOW! man oh man this sounds PHAT! This gives me real Code Black/Toneshifterz type of vibe. Awesome drive in the buildup... and that kick blows me away, it is so powerful and that rhythm is spot on. This would tear the house down played live at a festival or club. Also love the silence @ 0:36, perfect place to then throw in a screech pattern with that heavy kick. FINISH THIS! I want it ASAP (L)

@SKRWD
That intro is driving! Personally i think the mid intro lets it down a bit... not enough energy and perhaps lack of power? I think with a fuller kick (low end - lacks power) and some extra reverb on that screech it would sound top!

@Gunner1001
There are some awesome sounds going on here, i think it is a lack of structure that lets this down. Sounds almost too random? but with the dreamy vibes and oldskool feel i think this could turn out interesting!

@greentechnnl
Wooow! Vibes are strong in this one. That kick is tough! Nice and clean mid intro pattern also. Buildup works, and the climax is spooky (6) Sounds good! Oh maaaaan! That techy kick yesss! Sounds 10/10. love it.

Been working on this track for some time now. Like the vibe and looove the melody so need to finish this. Would love some feedback and general thoughts ;)

First of all thanks for your feedback! Really appreciate it, my friend! :)
UHM, WTF. Your track is lovely! I'm not sure if I like that kick but it definitely sounds unique! It gives the melody a very nice flow and vibe. Loving the overall atmosphere. Honestly, I can't find anything I don't like about your track <3

Keep it up! :)

So, this time I've made a fun tool. The chord progression is based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! theme, hence the title. This is the break plus the mainpart. I'm currently working on the intro part and I can assure you, it's one of my best works yet :P What do you think?

@kalibl

nice vibes. cool melody.
but that kick needs work in the mid-highs especially in the highs.

its to sharp and fucks up your mix imo. can be taste but i think the kick needs more work.

Keep it up tho, nice track overall. maybe a bit to much repetition in your melody but can also be taste.

@skrwd nice kick and ideas, not really my style but maybe it's better not to have the pad playing on the climax (just my opinion)

not sure about this idea...

@SKRWD
Pretty cool ! I like the idea, well done ! Maybe reduce the pad's volume a bit cause it sounds really loud ? Otherwise, nice job

@Soundphase
I don't really know what to say, it's kind of special, but I guess well done for the style ? Nothing to say about the mixdown, looking forward for a complete track with that part included in it

Ok ! It's been a while since the previous track, here come the newest one !

Love it (L) (L) .Can't wait to hear the full version
@Soundphase
Not really my preferred style. The kick si nice though so whatever you do keep it in lol
@KRB_MP
I love the vibe of the track but I feel that the chords in the climax should be a bit louder. Otherwise, No compliants :p

A little something I made. Though, I think mixing/mastering isn't at full potential

I don't know how to do a proper introduction of myself, my english it's not pretty accurate either so I'm sorry for my misspelling too. I'm an amateur producer from Chile who loves hardstyle and music in general. From a while ago I've been trying to produce hardstyle the best way that I can and for the first time share it with someone. I'm open to criticism and for any advice that you wanted to share with me c:

@Sigm△
I like the 2008/9 Power of the Mind aesthetic of the track, it's quite good. Only problem in my opinion is the weak kick at the second climax. Try to use a stronger kick there

@Sigm△
I really like the atmosphere of your track (as dawed1999 said, it sounds like an oldschool track)
The kick, and I'm surprised caus I'm more into mainstream or raw kicks, fits really nicely in the first part, but it should have been better to put a rawish one in the second part, like a sort of "boom in your face" kick in a "boom in your face" climax
Otherwise, an interesting work here

A new one there :
