Not just for Hardstyle but music in general :

People saying popular doesn't mean quality are wrong.

Sub Zero Project made better tracks before.

They have started to sound the same for last 1-2 years now and it's getting boring.
Track-wise they have great ideas and melodies until it sound recycled as hell.
Their earlier tracks had similar sound design and ideas true, but they had to be creative with them.
Now it's either:

1. kick from Burn Remix,This Is Our Church climax or psy-kick
2. Lead from The Project or The Experiment

They made few unique tracks in past 1-2 years (Wiggle and Listen To My Shit), but those will not be released nowhere in near future.

Quality is a subjective thing IMO. So, popular doesn't mean quality at all.

Also, thing being popular is a thing which appeared at the moment of people need it one way or another.

And this is my opinion. :)

I found Radical Redemption just incredibly overrated for the moment.
His style had a very good run in 2015, especially with his album The One Man Army, but since he made Brutal 6.0, it's a total decline, this artist is the perfect exemple of the quantity over the quality.

What the fuck is "X" supposed to mean lately? Sub Zero Project x Phuture Noize? Q-Dance x Mysteryland? Wasted Penguinz x Adrenalize?

Is that a super edgy way to say @ and & for the cool kids?

It's new in Hard Dance Music I guess but this has been used for years outside.

I prefer it this way, still better than "VS" or this kind of cryptic bullshit.

So you pretty much hate the whole scene? I mean, besides the "old" guys in the scene and producers who only do euphoric, every track is above 150 by now. Most at 155, some at 152. I always found it weird that hardstyle was locked at 150. Did any other genre do that?

I think he means played live at higher bpm. The only complaint I have with this that when I heard a track in sets pitched to 155 all the time, and the release is 150, it feels slow :(
