ceero:Nu-metal, liquid dnb, progressive/tech house stuff like HIM, The Doors. Formerely trance and dubstep, but both suck unbelievably hard these days, so i absolutely lost interest in them.

Never heard of Nu-metal and liquid dnb :? Gonna look that up! :p

I like a ton of different music genres.

Other than hardstyle, my favorites are Jump/Tek, and Trance (Vocal, Progressive, Uplifting etc.)

However, i also like
Hard Trance, Hardcore, a little Schranz, DnB, Handz Up!, (Electro) House, and Rock (Punk, Hard, 70s/80s, Soft, etc.)

I listen to softer music like techno, trance, house, hiphop.. nothing wrong with anything but I only like it as backgroundmusic. Especially techno and house is so monotonously (if that's the right word), I almost fall asleep when I hear it at parties.. Unlike hardstyle where you really have a climax. Hardcore is nice too but I like it more to release your energy, after 1 hour I want to hear the hardstyle melodies again.

hard to explain... well i think hardstyle is my fav edm genre because its hard - but with style..^^ f.e schranz is just hard, but too repetetive, i also like that genre, but i wont listen to it a whole night... on the other side trance... there are some trance melodies i really love, but its kinda slow and i miss some hard kicks^^ thats why i also dont like to listen to trance a whole night... so hardstyle is a great combination of styles imo, there are nice uplifting tracks and also some really hard and evil stuff, thats why i like it :>

Mainly German/Australian or Alternative American Hip-Hop these days. Also Psychedelic Rock, Post-Punk, Reggae / New Wave stuff, Hardtrance, Ambient, certain Metal bands, Drum'n'Bass, Big Beat, Jazz, Folk, Film Scores (I know it's not a real genre).
