Lingua Ignota's last album is one of the best of the year imo. Didn't know about Stallagh, that's definetly fucked up! In the noise/power electronics scene there are a lot of fucked up artist and similar stuff. Check Atrax Morgue for example. I leave you a couple of interview he realized in the past...
