I'm legitimately feeling like it's gonna be the worst album since a lot of years. None of this appeals to me and even the tracks I liked more seems so generic within all of those tracks... Well I'm still gonna wait for the whole thing.

Eh, I agree on Ghost Stories but the DBSTF stuff has been mostly meh since 2015

i'm with Emre here, last 4-5 years they are on an absolute peak of their career imo

Well yeah they do have a similar style lead sound and a basic kick pattern with not too much variation in those regards, but that's pretty much the norm in this type of hardstyle. Musically the melodies are all very different though. Also, considering you only hear like 10 seconds per track with just the mainpart melodies one after another, that surely tilts your perspective into thinking they're more similar than they actually are in the context of the full songs, which will give much more character and meaning to those parts of the melody.

DBSTF are actually killing it for a long time. Its like people been waiting for them to deliver for many years and they do everything perfectly fine right now. Also they do deserve their hype more than anyone else. Legends.
