Holy hell what a overdistorted almost unlistenable mess  I bet RR would be proud of this judged by the amount of ear hurting distortion :+

Random question, is Bulletproof a girl? xD

I can imagine if some upcoming producer sent this to a big label as a "demo", they would reject the shit out of him.

Jesus which genre even is this?

This is the perfect definition of uptempo: an overdistorted and awful shit.

Ehm, what is the definition of uptempo actually? Is it just hardcore on higher BPM or are there any signs making it really distinctive from other hardcore subgenres?

I know, I know, it's the music that counts but it's just bothering me :+

Compared to hardcore at higher BPM, uptempo is the kickroll xtra raw of hardcore.
Really distorted kicks, minimal atmosphere and melodies, screeches for days and aggressive attitude.

The track is shit btw. Their anthem as Scarphase was okayish.

Isn't terrorcore kind of the same? I don't think it's really different from a certain part of hardcore tracks released before to have an own name for it. But yeah, maybe just the marketing reasons...

Oh come on. If I accept NEKA's description then it's not the other way around each time:

Not the classic TOA-style but definitely works :)

Holy shit, this must be the loudest track I ever heard, i listen over headphones and tend to listen at the same volume setting all the time which is "suitable" volume for typical hardstyle/hardcore masters but this shit actually hurts my ears at that volume setting, at just halfway up on the YouTube slider the volume is somewhat more normal.

How is the volume regulated at live parties, just curious as I never go listen live. Is it based on actual RMS output volume or just fixed at setting which varies depending on how loud the track is mastered? I mean this could cause some serious ear rape depending how it works.

It will, but the uptempo crowd doesn't care. If it's louder, harder and faster, it's good for them.
