I don't actively follow the scene but I always smile when I hear a jump track in a mix. An entire set of it is a bit grating (with exceptions) but it's just so cheesy you can't hate it. I don't want to like it but I just have to.

At Hardclassics last Saturday Zany & Pavo played a few classic jump tracks throughout their set. Even though these tracks rock (especially Chicago Zone ft. Mr. Noba - Control Your Body, which I love) but imo it totally killed the energy and power of the entire night, also because they played after Isaac, Luna and Activator who had a lot of drive in their sets. It would've been perfect if they had opened the night, but this was not cool
