[22/06/2018] Defqon.1 Festival - Maximum Force [NL]

Looking for parties?

First day BBQ - rest of the weekend RIP tokens  ...
I don't like bananas, but I always take a bunch of them to the festival campings. Eat one or two a day and you got enough energy and you safe a lot of money :p :D

So the only return flight on the Monday I managed to get with EasyJet was at 12:25pm
The tour company I'm going with unfortunately won't be leaving the campsite till 11:30 am which is of course to late. I looked up event travel NL but the only bus ticket they do is weekend, Saturday or Sunday. For 2 tickets it will cost me 94 euros. Anyone know of a cheaper alternative? Would I be better getting a taxi?

(unless you've already sorted flights) you could get flight to Newcastle (or a different airport) at like 4pm and then train back to scotland?

Can you not get the shuttle bus to the train station and get the train to Amsterdam earlier

Do you think that would work out cheaper? How early ate the shuttle buses and do you need to pre book them?

Also I checked the shuttle bus from the festival site and it leaves from 9am. Is that enough time to get to Dronten, then a train to the airport before checking in?

Last couple of times I’ve done it this way the train takes about an hour. Your probably best checking the train times on ns.nl

Cheers man. I think a taxi will be best even if it's expensive.
Cheers for the heads up
