Does anyone know where the preset for the "squeaky lead" comes from in "Code Black & Wasted Penguinz - Activated"? I have noticed it becoming more frequent in some productions lately.

Can he heard here @ 2:30

I have come to the conclussion that it is a preset in ReFX Nexus, which can be seen in this video @ 1:00

So, what is the preset called, is it part of an expansion for ReFX Nexus?

I'd also like to know that. Only tried to pitch up some different leads some octaves up, but it never sounded right.

The preset is called Yamato. I believe its part of the 'Nexus Hardstyle Expansion'.
My favorite colour is green.

I might give it a go tommorow, but a lot of the sound comes from the glide(I think, haven't listened to it in a while).

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.

This works also nice with Sylenth 1. try to add a pitch LFO, then you get that type of synth.
