Faber93:I've never seen my national football team playing as bad as in the last period, we have better players than 1 year and an half ago, but our coach is a total mess... We have no ideas, players that in their clubs plays very good in the national team plays as a San Marino player (Verratti), also for the 0 tactical ideas of Ventura. We have Jorginho and he still let Parolo play, we have Insigne and El Shaarawy is in a great mood and he still play with two static forwards... We reached our lower point in our history yesterday, and monday could be even worse

Well it's very obvious that Ventura is the problem. IF he had a brain he'd play a 4-3-2-1 as the 3-5-2 doesn't work with the current squad as the WB's aren't good enough, Barzagli is slow and not the beast he used to be, same with DDR in the centre and the 2 up top have no idea how to play together. (They more often than not seek out the same positions over and over, stunting each others possibilities for goals or creating chances for each other)

In the 4-3-2-1 I'd have the following
Gigi; Florenzi, Bonucci, Chiellini, Darmian/Spinazzola; Verratti, Parolo, Jorginho; El Shaarawy/Candreva, Insigne; Immobile. I think that provide both the defensive security as well as a lot of creative force going forward.

Time for some Italian butt kicking! :D

Jokes aside, I hope Sweden can get an early goal. Italy will make AT LEAST 2, nervous about this one!

(Sweden has 1-0 from the first game)

Today we were really unlucky with a lot of chances to score. By the way we deserved it for the very bad way in wich we had played the previous matches, the lack of programmation of our federation during the last years (not only the last 2, or 3, but the last 9 or 10) and the lack of organization from Ventura. I'm asking myself how is possible to chose a coach for such a national football team wich had as a best achievement of his carreer a 7th place with Torino in serie A. Then look at our crosses today, 40 against 1, 90% of those made by Candreva and Darmian in the shittiest way possible. then It's frustrating that a player like Buffon will not taking part of this World Championshi
