The only thing I tend to do often is skate. I've kinda fallen out of my ways of playing football (soccer) and basketball everyday.

Used to play football quite a lot, broke my arm a year ago and haven't played since then. Also played tennis, but I haven't played that for a long time too.

If I'll be able to combine it with my studies next year I think I'll start doing football again.

And of course 1-2 times a year snowboarding. :)

since a half year ago or 3/4th year i've attended going to the gym, training with a fitness coach, which works really well for me

i've been getting pretty good results, my muscles have never been so big before haha! it feels really wonderful

didn't do any of this stuff before in the past, but it really changed. so loving to feel the muscles in my body "pain" knowing they're waking up from eons of sleep.. Also regularly do some squads, pushups, weights and stuff in my room, and when i'm alone... at work aswell :)

I think everyone here is a liar!!
We all know that music producers are all skinny because they don't eat, they only produce.

And everyone else has a beer belly becuase they eat snacks and drink beer in front of the computer.

End of story!

I do fitness since 2 or 3 years but lately I haven't been going to the gym much. I go about once a week, though I wanna step up my game a bit. It's just that I can't find any motivation to go more than once. Anyone got some advice on that?

I started when I was 8 with Karate, went on for 10 years.
Then stopped all of the sudden, from 5 training days a week to 0 guess what happened :)
Then I discovered starvation ;) - not so good actually but hey....
