Cyriax:someone uses pro tools here? really wanna know how it's like

I had Pro Tools M-Powered. Never used him to produce my own tracks, just for work, like multitrack recordings on the studio and all. In beginning of 2010 I've switched this task also to Cockos Reaper. Reaper >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Pro Tools.

That shit hasn't even automatic delay compensation !

Well Pro Tools can only unwind it's astounding performance and production capabilities with the right version AND hardware... even as nowadays it's possbile to get it standalone without pro-tool HW too...
In any other case it's like bringing a cadillac to a cross-country derby...

I tried cubase some days. But its not my taste.

I really enjoy FL and for a hobbie its more then enough for me honestly.

Mine is Ableton. I've used FL Studio for about 4 or 5 years in the beginning, but never really liked. I switched to Ableton 1 1/2 year ago and am very pleased with it. I find it way more intuitive than FL.

I used FL for years as well and while it's a decent daw, it's very overrated. It's good for MIDI and making automations, but other than that it's just annoying

It used to be Logic for for almost 7 years...since 2014 it's Ableton and so far I haven't seen anything which would make me leave Ableton.

The only things that would made me leave Ableton are the bugs the dev don't seem to care to fix (deactivating automation is the prime example) or the lack of VST3. Which makes me lean more and more to Bitwig.
