What the fuck o_O :sick: this "vote hardstyle" campaign is ridiculous too.

First of all, this is the stupidest and most useless thing I've seen this year. People are gonna vote whatever they want it ain’t some sect.

Second, artists like Radical Redemption are not gonna bite that bait I mean RR was higher than all of them besides Headhunterz.

Third, Villain ? LMAO

Villain :rofl:

"Vote for us, we need bookings (money)."

I really hope there will be a time when DJ Mag won't be relevant anymore. It's just so stupid.

Music is a business, that's it. If the dj mag helps them to grow that business (definitely helps the booking numbers), then why shouldn't they use it..

DJ Mag may not showcase quality but it’s pretty good to show the trends (not the top 10 but the rest of the top 100) so I think it’s pretty relevant :)

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike were #1 in 2015 and are still going strong. That's all I need to know about the value of the DJ Mag.
I hear home in that bass

Why vote at all if you think it's so unimportant?

My opinion in general;

More votes -> higher ranks = more bookings for your favourite artists. We all love to praise out favourite artists as gods when they release a new track and support them with everything, yet DJMag is disgraceful and all that while you can actually help your favourite artists getting more bookings. Of course it's a popularity contest and not a 'dj skills mag', the artists know that aswell. But who cares if you can help them?
