Reasons to feel sad

ceero:
lilfrenchidiot:someone tell me how to get a couple to split and get the gf plz

driving into depression because of this shit (not that my life hasn't been highs and lows in depression since 2015 but still)

A good advice for you, quit trying to ruin someone else's life because of your own issues. If that was my girl i'd find you and punch you in the nose as hard as i could with all seriousness. Go find a decent therapist, a good one can help you with your problems a lot, i can tell from my own experience.

i didn't precise that i had the idea of doing that because i genuinely like the girl, not for the game.

but it ain't cool u are right dude

I feel you, i actually really do. I used to be in a simillar place. But hey, listen for a sec. You have been posting all these kinds of stuff for years here. What do you actually do to get your stuff together? It can be soothing to get sympathy online but thats not going to move you anywhere. I know depression is a bitch, trust me. But one has to actually take an action to get rid of it. Go see a therapist. If neccessary, find a psychiatrist to consult getting some antidepression prescription drugs (might very well be a fucked up emotional chemistry in your brain, nothing else than medication can fix that). Find self help literature, there are LOADS of it.

Even if this post is meant for lilfrenchidiot/Tritta I'd like to comment on it:
I can only speak for myself (but maybe it's the same as in your life) as I simply don't want and/or cannot accept the fact that I'm mentally ill. Also I'm too vain and kind of ashamed and afraid to consult a therapist. Medication didn't work as planned in my case. But I'll try the literature thing.

butterprickol you should not feel ashamed. See a psychiatrist if you can.
Psychiatrists are doctors specialized in psychologic matters, they know far better than other doctors the uses of treatments, how they should proceed to administer them to you and the most suitable therapies. They have a long cursus in more physical subjects before being psychiatrist, they have a concrete approach and know their limits. They won't try to be familiar or suggest you some flashy but shitty "therapies" with a lot of obscure blabla.

Well it's what I think, you could still fall on a nasty psychiatrist with some bad luck (even after removing the dubious psychotherapists and charlatans).

Don't talk to someone if you don't feel up for it. Don't let anyone tell you that you should talk to someone.. It only works for some people. Not for others. Can makes things worse otherwise. (note that a lot of guides are labelled "self-help").

I'm only giving advices. I also understood from his post he didn't see a psychiatrist yet took medication from a doctor (which is kind of bad). I could be wrong though. And maybe you're only talking to ceero Soundphase, but whatever. :D

Trying to do shit alone without any support is the worse thing to do when you are isolated and have no idea on how to get out of painful situations. I don't think a book can replace the well-informed advices of a good psychiatrist either.

You can stop seeing a psychiatrist whenever you want. You also have the right to stop medication and current psychotherapy as you wish (better talk with the psychiatrist for the meds though, brutal interruption in most cases are not clever). You're not forced to do anything, meds can be useless too and not recommanded.
If your state doesn't need medication nor a therapy, you won't have wasted any money (on contrary to non-psychiatrist), only a bit of time.

Not sure if I have ADD or I'm fucking dumb or my brain just isn't that fresh at any time, I'm sure I can use it to bother people (just for fun, nothing serious), but it sometimes bothers me as well, as I get scalded for any time it happens. I'm already afraid of getting any tasks to do it when it's said, because I can easily forget many important parts of those by paying attention not to the words themselves, but the feeling of not to ruin it completely... and as you know, keeping the words in your mind is essential to complete the second mentioned task haha :+ (think about something like you ask me to do something that has many parts, cannot be said by a few words and you want me to do it immediately... instant brakedown lol)

I think the easiest way to do it is to write that down, but I need another way of improving this part and I just don't know where to start it. I want to save my present and future friendships/connections/workplaces from my stupidity or what

(edit: I don't know how many times I've edited this post, because I still don't think it's clear what I'm trying to say, even if it's written lol)

I'm diagnosed with psoriasis. My dad had it, and one of my sister has it.

I'm sad and scared, because my dad died 5 years after his heart surgery and he ate methotrexate, which lowered his immune system, and because of that, got streptococci that spread to all living organs in his body.

Oh, and because all men in my family had problems with their hearts, it's a 50/50 chance that I also have it.

my friend commited suicide last night :( he hung himself... i feel totally gutted, knew the guy since kindergarden. This world is just weird sometimes. It feels so surreal to hang out with someone several times a week, still being able to recall all his jokes, the way he spoke, the way he laughed and realise that he is just gone.

#thirdworldproblems

I cant reach the upper part of my back (halfway between my neck and middle of back) so I always have to grab random objects nearby to scratch. Currently a screwdriver. My gf bought me a back scratcher pole thing which is extendable but I can't find it atm. Good lord I always need to scratch on stupid parts for some reason (feet soles, ears, hand palms, upper back).

Good night.
